Postponing Delivery

Unfortunately we cannot put a hold on delivery until a specific date, however we will do our best to coordinate with any booked courier to assist with your delivery if you are not going to be home, and it is not safe to have an Authority to Leave (ATL) added to your order.


Generally, most of our couriers will leave a card with a contact number to call and reschedule delivery if you aren't home to receive the order, however to avoid delays and redeliveries, if they feel it is ok to leave your product they will place it in a safe location and take a photo as evidence it was delivered.


Deliveries to Fitting Partners

If you plan to deliver the items to a fitting partner, we ask that fitment is processed within 7 to 14 days, and definitely before 30 days, otherwise the tyres will no longer be eligible for return and/or refund if there is an order issue (EG: wrong size). 


Why do we not offer Prepayment?

We understand prepayment may be convenient due to great pricing and current discounts on offer, but as a business it makes it difficult to manage inventory, maintain operational efficiency, and ensure a positive customer experience.
